Limited Refund Policy
All sales at TS Combat India are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- A clear unboxing video showing the damage
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or use beyond the intended training purpose.
International Orders — Refund Policy
For international orders, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
All products sold by TS Combat India are intended solely for training and practice purposes. They are not weapons and must not be used as such.
